In order to ensure only the highest level of quality care, our paraprofessional staff undergoes a thorough screening, testing and reference checking process. To continually improve our paraprofessional's skills we provide frequent, ongoing educational seminars specific to client needs and industry concerns. In addition, Any-Time Home Care, Inc. conducts New York State approved training classes for Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides. This enables us to develop and maintain a steady force of paraprofessionals.
